After seven games in four days Iroquois West won the gold medal at the 2016 World Junior Lacrosse Championship at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena. West defeated the Jr. CLax All-Stars 9-8 in the Gold Medal game.
West were one of four Iroquois teams participating in the 11-team tournament. All four teams won on the final day with three teams earning medals.
